<p>Hey guys. It&#8217;s Christopher Hussey. Thanks for dropping by. This is the conclusion &#8211; little wrap up &#8211; video for our series that we did this week called, &#8220;How to Network Market?&#8221; We&#8217;ve covered five topics.</p>
<p>Mindset &#8211; what is it? The reason I covered this topic is really simple. If you know where you&#8217;re going, then it&#8217;s going to be a much easier journey getting there. So, if you understand what network marketing is, if you understand what it really takes, then you&#8217;re going to be able to formulate a plan, find mentors in your life, and get the tools necessary to help you achieve the goals that you&#8217;ve set. That&#8217;s our video on mindset.</p>
<p>Statistics. The real deal. A lot of people get in network marketing and a lot of people quit. Because they think it&#8217;s a short term endeavor, they&#8217;re going to make some money, and it&#8217;s going to all be roses. The reality is ninety-seven percent get in and go away. But, of those people that stay, ninety-seven percent of them have ultimately success and they really, truly change their lives. So, those are the true numbers for the network marketing industry.</p>
<p>How it really works? I gave you, in this topic &#8211; I can&#8217;t cover this one over and over -, how it really works. It&#8217;s called driving lines. I gave you, in this video; we talked about what, I believe, is the number one methodology for really creating wealth and creating a huge group of people who are working the business underneath you. Got to check out that video if you haven&#8217;t seen it.</p>
<p>Face-to-face or online? We cover this topic really quickly. It&#8217;s not an or, right? It&#8217;s a both. It&#8217;s face-to-face and online. And you have to embrace the ability to create relationships and really be a human, be a mentor, be a leader to other people.</p>
<p>And in the last video, the number one reason for success is called habits. Daily habits. Having a plan. Having that daily plan of &#8216;this is what I&#8217;m going to do to build my business&#8217;.</p>

This is part five in our series this week on the question, &#8220;How to Network Market?&#8221; We&#8217;re covering five different topics. Today, we&#8217;re talking about the last one &#8211; The Number One Reason for Success in Network Marketing. I&#8217;m going to just shoot straight with you. I&#8217;m going to give it to you. It&#8217;s actually really simple. Super, super simple.</p>
<p>The number one reason why people succeed in network marketing is this. Daily habits. That&#8217;s it. I know. You thought it was going to be something revolutionary. But it&#8217;s not. It&#8217;s something so incredibly super simple. The number one reason people have success in network marking is daily habits.</p>
<p>Let me throw something out at you and don&#8217;t be offended by this. The truth sometimes hurts. The reason you don&#8217;t have every single thing that you want in your life is because of your habits. That&#8217;s it. You don&#8217;t get up in the morning. You don&#8217;t talk to enough people. You don&#8217;t read the right books. You don&#8217;t set your goals. You don&#8217;t; you don&#8217;t; you don&#8217;t do the things necessary to achieve and have what you want in your life. This next statement is completely, ultimately, absolutely true. If you change your habits, you change your life.</p>
<p>All over the Internet, right here on my website, you can find sheets, input, things to do on a daily basis that will create the success that you want. So, tomorrow, when you wake up &#8211; here&#8217;s my challenge to you &#8211; you should have, written down, the goals and the habits. You should have a daily plan.</p>
<p>Now, how you&#8217;re going to do this. You&#8217;re going to get with your mentor &#8211; maybe that&#8217;s in a different network marketing opportunity -, you&#8217;re going to get with you up-line &#8211; maybe your up-line is the person that is really coaching you on what to do -, you&#8217;re going to get with someone in you life who understands this material &#8211; maybe that&#8217;s me, maybe that&#8217;s someone else &#8211; and you&#8217;re going to put together a one sheet &#8211; I love that word. What is a one sheet? A one sheet is a piece of paper &#8211; just one. Not two. Not front and back. It&#8217;s a single piece of paper. And on that single piece of paper, you&#8217;re going to have the daily plan. And that daily plan is going to lead you. That&#8217;s the path. That&#8217;s the habits. Those are the actions that you need to take to take you to the next level.</p>
<p>Now, here&#8217;s the beautiful thing right here. The plan can be changed. So you get your daily plan, the daily plan is about where you are right now. So you put together your daily plan. One of the things that Anthony Robbins used to teach back in the day is this very simple concept. It&#8217;s called CANI. It stands for constant and never ending improvement. Here&#8217;s how you use that. You have a daily plan. You can&#8217;t improve what you don&#8217;t have, so you write a daily plan. You take action on that plan. You actually get to the end of the day and you go, &#8216;man, I did what I said I was going to do. I took the daily habits&#8217;. And then you look and you go, &#8216;are my daily habits being effective?&#8217; So you do it, you review it, and then you implement the new one. You change it. You modify it. You take it up. You put your own spin on it. You figure out how it&#8217;s going to work better. So you are constantly never ending improving what you do on a daily basis.</p>
<p>Now, this is a lot. I&#8217;m throwing a bunch of different acronyms and stuff like that. I actually kind of changed this for my head. Maybe you&#8217;ll like this as well. Because in all this self-help, guru stuff the people talk about, I actually like to change that, and I actually like to write it as a word. I CAN! And I do it like this. Improvement. Constant and never ending. So I&#8217;m saying to myself, I can. Improvement. Constant and never ending. You can use that if you want &#8211; whatever.</p>
<p>The number one reason why people have success in network marketing is they understand that network marketing is long-term. They understand it&#8217;s long-term. We talked about that a few videos back. They understand that it&#8217;s long-term and they have a daily habit that affects their business in a positive and growing way.</p>
<p>I really hope that this kind of puts your mindset in the right place. I hope it helps you answer the question, &#8220;How to Network Market?&#8221; We&#8217;re going to wrap up. <p>Hey guys and gals. Christopher Hussey. Thank you so much for dropping by. We are talking about part four of a series we&#8217;re doing this week on &#8220;How to Network Market&#8221;. In this little installment we&#8217;re going to cover the question: &#8220;Face-to-Face or Online?&#8221;</p>
<p>I know a lot of people out there are looking for that business where they just want to put stuff on Facebook, they just want to put stuff out on their blog, or they just want to do online marketing stuff, right? And there&#8217;s some of you who are scared of online, right? You just happen to come across this video on YouTube because that&#8217;s really the only site you go to and you just want to talk face-to-face. Well, let me kind of just nip this in the bud and just shoot straight here for a second. You have got to do both. You&#8217;ve got to do both.</p>
<p>Now, I&#8217;ll tell you a quick story about me, personally. When I got involved with my primary business, I started in the middle of the month and by the end of that month, I made fifty-seven hundred real dollars. So that was about eighteen days. So, in eighteen days, I put in, let&#8217;s call it, about ninety people. I put in about ninety people. I could find out the exact number, but about ninety people; and of that ninety people, some were just interested and didn&#8217;t really kill it and others were really interested and kind of got it done. Some were customers. Some just referred me to somebody else. So I was using all my options, right? And I made fifty-seven hundred dollars in that eighteen days. And here&#8217;s the key. It was one hundred percent offline. So, what I mean by face-to-face is I either really literally got in front of them &#8211; drove the miles, did the work &#8211; or I called them on the phone. And so, I talked them through or something like that. But that was a hundred percent without a blog; without a Facebook page; without anything. I did it one hundred percent face-to-face.</p>
<p>Now, I would not be having the success that I have today in my network marketing business if I had not embraced online. And it wasn&#8217;t that I didn&#8217;t embrace online because I&#8217;m kind of geeky guy, but I just hadn&#8217;t set those things up. It was day one. I didn&#8217;t have a blog. I didn&#8217;t have a Facebook page that said this is my new business. I didn&#8217;t have an auto responder. I didn&#8217;t have any videos. It was just I needed to make money and I did it face-to-face. Today, we have a vibrant business that uses both, face-to-face and online.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m going to erase this right here real quick and I&#8217;m going to talk to you about kind of combination that a lot of people miss out on. Let&#8217;s say that you have your blog. You&#8217;re posting videos &#8211; I like to do video. Obviously, you&#8217;re watching this video. And you&#8217;re doing some maybe article marketing. And you&#8217;re putting things on Facebook. You&#8217;re doing your Facebook and you&#8217;re doing your Twitter. Some of you didn&#8217;t know you can do all this. We can talk about that another time. Call me. We&#8217;ll put it together. So you&#8217;re doing your online stuff and you&#8217;re getting leads. People are coming in, and they&#8217;re seeing your stuff, and they&#8217;re signing up for your auto responder. By the way, go over there and sign up for the auto responder. So they&#8217;re signing up and they&#8217;re doing they&#8217;re stuff. You&#8217;re providing value. All of that. But! No phone.</p>
<p>No phone. You&#8217;re not calling anybody. You&#8217;re not calling. You&#8217;re not setting up those people. You&#8217;re not trying to develop a relationship with them really trying to be a real person to a real person. You&#8217;re not having the success that you can have in your network marketing opportunity. I&#8217;m just here to tell you.</p>
<p>There&#8217;s something I did that a lot of people won&#8217;t do. What I did when I got involved and started really doing network marketing online is I reached out to the players. I don&#8217;t know what your sport is. But if you can imagine an NFL team and there&#8217;s the team that won the Superbowl. I don&#8217;t know if it&#8217;s your favorite team, but just picture that team in your head. Now replace all those key players with all the top people in network marketing in what you&#8217;re doing. Maybe it&#8217;s another company, but somebody is really killing it online. Or it&#8217;s the people in your company &#8211; the people that are way, way high in your company &#8211; that you speak, but you never talk to them. You know what I did? I got on the phone and I called those people and I developed a relationship.</p>
<p>Now, a lot of people simply won&#8217;t do that. Those people below you in your network &#8211; those people who are just starting and they&#8217;re trying to reach up -, they have that same fear, so they&#8217;re not going to reach out and talk to you. They may come to your blog and maybe they won&#8217;t reach out and talk to you, but they&#8217;ll sign up for something. Did you get back to them? This is a human business. A friend of mine, one of my coaches, says that all the time and it&#8217;s so true. This is a human business. People want to feel important. They want to feel respected. They want to feel loved. Don&#8217;t get freaky about the word; I use it all the time. People want to feel that relationship and they don&#8217;t feel it in their lives. And so, by using that face-to-face interaction, by giving them that phone call, by going to lunch with them, by actually going in and helping them with their business &#8211; if they&#8217;re working, you should be working with them -, you create that relationship.</p>
<p>And so, if I could draw this line for you &#8211; if I could make you understand something here -, the blog, and the video, and the article, and the Facebook, and the Twitter, and the Pintrest, and the YouTube, and all of that stuff &#8211; all the things that you&#8217;re doing online &#8211; should be in place in order for you to gain the ability to be human with someone else. To really talk to them on the phone. To really get face-to-face with them. To meet and have a drink. To share dreams. To share realities. Share goals to help them change their life. Because network marketing, in general, is very simple. You get compensated on your value to the people below you. You get compensated on what you contribute to their ability to change their lives.</p>
<p>So, the answer to this question is super simple for me; and the quicker that you, personally, realize this, the faster you&#8217;re going to be banking the dollars. It&#8217;s not a question of face-to-face or online. It&#8217;s a question of how does my face-to-face and my online work together to create ultimate success. That&#8217;s the key. It&#8217;s face-to-face and online.</p>

<p>Hey guys. Thank you so much for dropping by. It&#8217;s Christopher Hussey, and we are on part three. We&#8217;re asking a question called, &#8220;How to Network Market&#8221;. This is part three and we&#8217;re going to talk about how it really works. So what I&#8217;m going to give you in this video, short and sweet, is, in my opinion, exactly how it works. Really, truly, honestly, if you&#8217;re working this business and you are not doing this, you&#8217;re probably not knocking it out of the ballpark; you&#8217;re probably not killing it. You&#8217;re probably not really generating the income that you can have.</p>
<p>There are a number of these things. There&#8217;s lots to say. And I would truly love to share that with you guys. Call me anytime and we&#8217;ll talk, we&#8217;ll hookup, and we&#8217;ll get it done for you. But I&#8217;m going to give you what I believe is the number one paradigm &#8211; the way you should be thinking &#8211; about working with your group &#8211; your network &#8211; to make this really awesome.</p>
<p>The topic that we&#8217;re talking about here is called driving lines. There are tons and tons of video out there for you to look on this. I teach this as a core methodology and I&#8217;m going to give you a little overview really quick on how driving lines works.</p>
<p>The average person &#8211; this is you right here &#8211; thinks that they&#8217;re going to go out and sponsor somebody &#8211; there&#8217;s your best friend, there&#8217;s your boy, there&#8217;s your girl, there&#8217;s your mom, dad, whoever. And at this point, what they do is this. They begin to manage, they begin to guilt trip, they begin to call, they begin to talk to trying to get that person to go out and do something. And the reality, if you remember back to statistics, is ninety-seven percent are just not going to do anything. They just aren&#8217;t. So this methodology of you sponsor somebody and then you hope, wish, pray, manage, cajole &#8211; do whatever you try to do &#8211; to get them to do something is simply not successful.</p>
<p>So we&#8217;re going to erase the manage and I want to give you another word. I want you to put another word in your head here. Drive. Here&#8217;s what you do. I&#8217;m going to give it to you. What you have to do is, the moment this person gets in, you lock arms with them and you get the people that they know. Let&#8217;s call it ten people, okay? You get their ten people and, with or without them, you use your connection to get them to give you their ten people and you work through them.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re any good at this, or maybe you&#8217;re working with your sponsor up here &#8211; your up-line -, out of those ten people, guess what? Somebody else is going to get in. Now, notice what I did here. This person doesn&#8217;t know anything. Maybe they&#8217;re not ready. Maybe they&#8217;re not going to kill it. They&#8217;re not a superstar yet. So you literally go around that person. You invite them to come along -you don&#8217;t push them out -, but you be the driver here. And so, you go sponsor another person.</p>
<p>Then what do you do? Same thing here. Ninety-seven percent of people are simply not going to do it. So you ask that person for their ten people, or twenty, or five, or whatever you can get, and then you sponsor another person in their group. And you go around them. You invite them to come with you. And what you do is you keep repeating this process over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, until you find your superstar.</p>
<p>And sometimes you don&#8217;t know when that&#8217;s going to be. Maybe it&#8217;s this guy here. Maybe it&#8217;s this one. Maybe it&#8217;s this one. Maybe it&#8217;s this one. You&#8217;ll know because that person will begin doing it. They&#8217;ll call you and go, &#8216;what do we got to do? Let&#8217;s do this&#8217;. Instead of you calling them, they&#8217;ll be calling you. You&#8217;ve had that experience if you&#8217;ve been doing this a while. You&#8217;ve been calling, you&#8217;ve been calling, you&#8217;ve been calling; they&#8217;re not calling you. Well, the superstar will popup, and they&#8217;ll call you and they&#8217;ll go, &#8216;hey, how do we do this?&#8217;</p>
<p>And so, what you&#8217;ve done is, instead of sponsoring somebody and waiting, you sponsor someone and you drive to the next person. And when you sponsor them, you drive to the next person. And then you drive to the next person. And what you&#8217;re looking for is you&#8217;re looking for the person who will do it no matter what. And in about every ten people, you&#8217;re going to find that person. That person is going to get up and they&#8217;re going to do the work. They&#8217;re going to be like you. They&#8217;re going to commit long-term, they&#8217;re going to wake up in the morning and make a plan, and they&#8217;re going to get it done.</p>
<p>I cannot impress upon you enough, both offline and online, this is the key to making your wealth dreams and your wealth goals come true. If you&#8217;re a person who&#8217;s going to sponsor a couple of people, and you&#8217;re going to start managing them, and talking to them, and teaching them and all that sort of thing, you&#8217;re just not going to be successful. But if you&#8217;re a person who can figure out how to drive lines &#8211; how to get this person to give you some people, go around them to get this person to give you some people; go with them and go around them to get this person to give you some people, go with them; go around them to get this person to give you some people; in that line you&#8217;re going to find a superstar. And that superstar is going to make you tremendous amount of money.</p>
<p>So, going back to the statistics, most people simply aren&#8217;t going to do it. What you&#8217;re looking for is the person who will. You probably don&#8217;t know the number of people in your life to find ten or twenty people who will actually kill it. I don&#8217;t know what program your looking at or what company you&#8217;re affiliated with, but whatever that width looks like for you to make a tremendous amount of money, you might not know that number of people to find people who are going to kill it. But I guarantee you that networking &#8211; now this might come as a foreign word to you, but that&#8217;s the point of this &#8211; through other people to find your superstar will literally revolutionize your life. It&#8217;s the number on thing I can tell you honestly about the paradigm you have to have in order to make network marketing work. It&#8217;s called driving lines.</p>

This is part two of a series we&#8217;re doing this week on the question &#8220;How to Network Market?&#8221; So hopefully you found our blog here or a video somewhere and this is the question you’re looking for &#8211; How to Network Market? Part two; we&#8217;re going to talk about statistics.</p>
<p>I think this is the biggest thing because if you know what&#8217;s going to happen &#8211; if you understand what the numbers look like -, then you&#8217;re prepared for the success and the work that it&#8217;s going to take to have that success. So, let&#8217;s talk about something.</p>
<p>Now, before I put the statistics on the board here, I don&#8217;t have a bunch of sheets, and a bunch of studies, and things like that. What I have is experience and I have knowledge working with my mentors and other people in the industry. And so, I&#8217;m just kind of giving that back to you. So if I say the word fifteen, it might seventeen or it might be twelve, so we&#8217;re talking round numbers here.</p>
<p>So let&#8217;s talk about some statistics. Ninety-seven percent &#8211; I like that number. I heard this one &#8211; of people who begin a business in network marketing are going to quit. They&#8217;re going to quit. Ninety-seven percent. Now, for some of you, you just got scared a little bit and I apologize for that. But I think the truth is what kind of sets us free &#8211; literally. Because network marketing will set you free. It will create an income stream that is unparalleled to any other avenue that you currently have exposure to or are going to have exposure to. But if you think everybody is going to get in and kill it, then you&#8217;re going to be sorely disappointed.</p>
<p>So, ninety-seven percent of people who get in and start their business, they&#8217;re simply not going to fall in love with it. It&#8217;s going to be too difficult for them. It&#8217;s going to be hard, right? It&#8217;s just not going to be for them. Maybe they might be just a customer. Maybe they said, &#8216;Woo! I love it! I&#8217;m going to do it! It&#8217;s going to be awesome! I&#8217;m going to build this thing!&#8217; and a year later all they&#8217;re doing is buying stuff. Well, if they&#8217;re buying stuff in your network and you&#8217;re getting money, we&#8217;re good. Maybe they&#8217;re going to refer someone to you every now and again. Maybe they just send you referrals. Well, if they get in and they&#8217;re really pumped and they&#8217;re going to do it, and then they don&#8217;t do it but they send you people, well that&#8217;s okay too.</p>
<p>The reality is a lot of people are going to get in and they&#8217;re just not going to be that superstar that you&#8217;re looking for. So, know that. Know that when you go out this week &#8211; because I know you&#8217;re going to &#8211; and you&#8217;re committed to getting the job done, and you&#8217;re committed to meeting people, and you sign those people up, and you sell them your stuff, and you&#8217;re like, &#8216;we&#8217;re going to do it&#8217; and then they don&#8217;t do it, that that&#8217;s okay. Alright? Because you&#8217;re going to have to weed through some people. It&#8217;s called sifting and sorting, but that&#8217;s another topic. You&#8217;re going to have to weed through some people to get to the superstars.</p>
<p>Now, here&#8217;s the other statistic. This one you&#8217;re going to like. This one is awesome. Ninety-seven percent of the people who stay are going to have ultimate success. Now, you&#8217;ll remember in the last video &#8211; in part one -, we talked about is it a short term or a long-term business. And we said it&#8217;s a long-term business. Well, a lot of people are not going to hear that, right? They&#8217;re going to think it&#8217;s short-term business. They&#8217;re going to try it for thirty days or sixty days. It&#8217;s not going to blow up and make the four million dollars and they&#8217;re going to go, &#8216;this thing doesn&#8217;t work&#8217;. Of the people that make it and decide to commit long term, and they can go through, and they can build, and they build; ninety-seven percent of those people are going to kill it. They&#8217;re going to revolutionize their life. Not change it. They&#8217;re going to revolutionize their life and they&#8217;re going to make more money than they can ever make any other way.</p>
<p>So this is a real true statistic. Ninety-seven percent of people who start in your business over the next whenever you&#8217;re going to be in network marketing are simply not going to be the superstar that you hoped they were going to be. But of those people &#8211; the ninety-seven percent who stay long term &#8211; the ninety-seven percent that get in and they go, &#8216;I&#8217;m committed. I&#8217;m going to do it. I&#8217;m going to hang in there&#8217;; those people are going to literally revolutionize their life.</p>
<p>This is a true statistic. Your leadership may go a little here or a little there &#8211; wherever -, but knowing this going into your business is a real eye opener for how to network market. If you know that you&#8217;re going to have to go through some people to find that superstar who&#8217;s going to change your life, then you&#8217;ll be ready to go through some people. But if you don&#8217;t, and you think you&#8217;re going to put in ten people and those ten people are going to kill it and it&#8217;s going to revolutionize your life overnight, you&#8217;re probably going to be disappointed.</p>
<p>So commit long term. Know that you&#8217;re going to have to work through some people to get there. But know that it&#8217;s worth it in the end. So I hope this helps. The next video is actually going to use this figure and I&#8217;m going to give you what I really truly believe is the core methodology to having ultimate success in your business. <p style="text-align: left;">Hey guys and gals. Thanks for dropping by. Welcome to a short video series we&#8217;re doing specifically on this topic &#8211; How to Network Market. This is part one; we&#8217;re going to talk about mindset.  So let&#8217;s jump right in.</p>
<p>The first thing we&#8217;re going to talk about is what is it. What is network marketing? Networking marketing is really simple to understand. A company has a product or set of products and rather go through what would be considered a &#8220;traditional marketing means&#8221; where they are putting out advertisements, they are shopping it to distributors, and they are getting it in stores &#8211; rather than spend the money and the time to go through that traditional marketing avenue &#8211; what they do is they find people such as myself, yourself, and people like us who are interested in representing the product, becoming a distributor &#8211; that&#8217;s a common word &#8211; and representing the product. And for that representation, they receive compensation based upon the size of the group or the vastness of the number of people that they actually contact that use the product.</p>
<p>Now, generally, the deeper you go &#8211; so you have one level, two level, three level to a hundred levels &#8211; the more compensation that you&#8217;re going to receive. So you are literally building a network of people that use or distribute the products of the company. And based upon the size of that network, your compensation grows &#8211; based upon how much volume is in your network.</p>
<p>There are many different compensation models and we&#8217;re not going to really talk about that today. That would be specific to the company you&#8217;re in or the company that you&#8217;re possibly looking at. And so, that would be a topic for a different video. Just know that network marketing is a &#8220;non-traditional marketing avenue&#8221; where it is a direct company &#8211; distributor relationship and the distributor &#8211; yourself or myself &#8211; is compensated based upon the size of their network and the amount of volume that&#8217;s processed, generally, on a monthly basis through that network. Cool? I hope that helps.</p>
<p>So, number two. Let&#8217;s talk about short term or long term. Short term is not something you should be thinking about in network marketing. The reason why most people get involved in network marketing is because it has a residual income effect. You can literally work for a period of time &#8211; whatever that is for you &#8211; and, based upon the people that get involved with your network &#8211; based upon their mindset and their personal goals -, you can actually create sort of, a lot of people call it, a walk away income. Meaning you could actually stop working and if there are enough people below you who have kind of caught the dream and are still continuing to build their business you&#8217;re continuing to get compensated.</p>
<p>So network marketing is generally a long term approach. And in my experience, people who come into network marketing and have a short term approach are the people who are generally very disappointed in the outcome. So you want to look at network marketing as a very long term affair; asking yourself &#8216;how much income can I generate over this year? How much income can I generate over the next three years? Five years? Ten years? What would my life be like when I work this business and build my network over the next five years?&#8217; So it&#8217;s a very long term approach to business and it has some exceptional rewards for the people who stick with it long term.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s talk about number three. This is not a business for everyone. And this mindset, right here, is one of the reasons why a lot of people really fail at network marketing. The mindset is this. If I&#8217;m involved, everyone I know will want to be involved. And while that would be great and we would all make tons of money if that were true, it&#8217;s simply not the case. And you&#8217;re not really looking for everyone. You&#8217;re looking for people who will work the business with you &#8211; and this is going to come as a surprise here &#8211; or without you. You&#8217;re looking for people who want to work the business and want to make money, and no matter what, they see the vision of your company. They see vision of network marketing as a business and as an income stream. And if you quit tomorrow, they would continue to build your business. That&#8217;s ultimately the people that you&#8217;re looking for.</p>
<p>And the reason why this is disappointing is a lot of people come and they go, &#8216;you know what? My friends are going to get in, and this is going to happen, and that is going to happen&#8217;. And after they&#8217;ve gone through their twenty, or thirty, or fifty, or a hundred friends, and they&#8217;ve talking to them and they&#8217;re not interested in that particular product or they have a stigma against network marketing and they don&#8217;t join your opportunity, you go, &#8216;well, this thing doesn&#8217;t really work&#8217;.</p>
<p>Well, it&#8217;s been proven over, and over, and over again that network marketing does really work and you just have to look for people, like yourself, who are committed to changing their lives and are committed to creating a residual long term income stream.</p>
<p>So I&#8217;m hoping this helps with putting your head in the right place. Let&#8217;s recap.</p>
<p>Networking marketing is an alternative business model where the distributor and the company have a direct relationship and the distributor is compensated on the total volume that is processed every month generally in their network over many different levels. Multiple different ways of compensation that companies bring forth, but that&#8217;s the basic model.</p>
<p>Number two &#8211; is it short term or long term? It is a long term business. Don&#8217;t be thinking short term. If you&#8217;re thinking short term, this is simply not for you. You want to be in long term, asking yourself &#8216;how much money can I generate for myself on a monthly basis over the next three, four, five, ten years?&#8217;</p>
<p>And this is not a business for everyone. You&#8217;re looking for business people, people who will take initiative, people who will commit to the journey, and people who will work it with you or they&#8217;ll work it without you.</p>

<p>Hey guys and gals. Thanks for tuning in. This is Christopher Hussy and this is part three of a little series we&#8217;re doing called &#8220;Three Essential Marketing Tools For Your Network Marketing Business&#8221;. Today we&#8217;re going to talk about the Internet.</p>
<p>Now, let&#8217;s say you&#8217;ve gone through this course &#8211; this little series &#8211; and it kind of resonates with you. You&#8217;re reaching out; you&#8217;re shaking hands. You&#8217;re doing that online and you&#8217;re actually doing that physically. Let&#8217;s say that you actually call those people back. You&#8217;re connecting. You&#8217;re making relationships. Things are happening. So, you got the handshake working, you got the phone working, but you&#8217;re not taking advantage of, literally, the biggest opportunity out there aside from the people that you run into on a daily basis &#8211; and that&#8217;s the Internet.</p>
<p>Do you have a blog? Are you marketing on Facebook? Are you marketing on Twitter? Are you building that center on influence? Are you doing that?</p>
<p>So let&#8217;s be clear. This video is not going to be all end all for the Internet. It&#8217;s this huge, huge animal. There&#8217;s lots of stuff you can do. Blogging, article marketing &#8211; there&#8217;s tons of stuff. What I want to get across to you is very simple. You need to have an active presence on the Internet today. So I, personally, am going to promote, very clearly, that you setup a blog and you begin putting out value into cyber space so that people will be attracted to who you are.</p>
<p>Now, whether you&#8217;re doing video blogging &#8211; like I love to do -, whether you&#8217;re writing, whether you&#8217;re having somebody else write it and ghostwrite it for you, this needs to be something that you actively participate in. You need to be building your list of people &#8211; the people that trust you and that will interact with you &#8211; so that you can talk to them about your network marketing opportunity.</p>
<p>So, let me tell you something that you probably already know. When you approach someone about your opportunity and they say, &#8216;you know what? I&#8217;m not really interested&#8217;, that&#8217;s not a permanent no. I, literally, was with my up-line just a few minutes ago and he, right now, is going to do a presentation for a person that he talked to and got an absolute not interested in about eight months ago. So about eight months ago, he approaches someone in his life and that person said, &#8216;you know what? I am totally not interested&#8217;. Well, he reached back out to that person. He has a relationship. Now, this is a physical relationship. He has a relationship with the person. They&#8217;re friends. And he reached back out to the person. He&#8217;s been doing great. He&#8217;s making a great living doing his network marketing business and he reached back out and said, &#8216;hey, I&#8217;m still doing this and I think you&#8217;d be great for it&#8217;. And now he actually has an opportunity to do a presentation. She and her husband are going to sit with him and actually listen.</p>
<p>Eight months ago it was a total I am not interested. Today it&#8217;s a you know what? We&#8217;re interested. Let&#8217;s talk about the opportunity. The Internet is a remarkable way - through Facebook, and Twitter, all the social networks, and your personal blog &#8211; to develop and mature relationships that can eventually turn into, based upon your personal growth and the situation that that person is in. Maybe they&#8217;re not in the right situation now, but maybe two months, eight months, a year, two years from now, maybe their situation changes and they come around to &#8216;I really need an opportunity to make some extra money&#8217;; and you are the person in their life who is the trusted resource for that.</p>
<p>So as their life changes, you become the trusted resource. You&#8217;re the guy, you&#8217;re the girl, who they&#8217;re going to come to and go, &#8216;aren&#8217;t you still doing that thing? Is it making money?&#8217; And you&#8217;re going to go, &#8216;yeah, it&#8217;s great. Let&#8217;s talk about it&#8217;. Well, if you&#8217;re not actively participating in their life through Facebook, and Twitter, and blogging, and you&#8217;re actually creating that relationship, well you&#8217;re not that trusted resource and they&#8217;re not going to come to you. They&#8217;re going to go somewhere</p>
<p>else. If you are not actively using the Internet, I can&#8217;t say it enough, you&#8217;re leaving tons - thousands, thousands, thousands &#8211; of dollars no the table.</p>
<p>Now, I know you guys hear lots of stuff about this. You have to have a blog. You have to get out there and put it out. You have to be talking to people on Facebook. You have to be actively participating in cyber space. So now here&#8217;s the trick. I don&#8217;t know where that is for you, so I can&#8217;t give you a task. I can&#8217;t give you a &#8216;this is what you should be doing&#8217;. But what I can do, if you look around this page that you&#8217;re on &#8211; if you&#8217;re on ChristopherHussey.com -, there are going to be some sources on here that are going to lead you in the right direction.</p>
<p>Someone in your life &#8211; whether that&#8217;s me or someone else &#8211; is a trusted resource to you. I&#8217;d love to be that for you, but it could be somebody else. You need to, today, right now, reach out to that person and go, &#8216;I need to fix this in my life&#8217;, and you need to take that first step.</p>

<p>Hey Guys. Christopher Hussey. Thank you so much for tuning in. This is part two of a series we&#8217;re doing called &#8220;Three Essential Marketing Tools for Your Network Marketing Business&#8221;. Today we&#8217;re going to talk about the phone.</p>
<p>Let me give you a scenario real quick. Let&#8217;s say you got lots of leads coming in, right? And some of you actually have this scenario happening in your business right now. You got lots of leads coming in. You&#8217;re meeting some people. You&#8217;re reaching out your hand. You&#8217;re making those connections, right? A buddy of mine puts this so incredibly well; this is a human business. People interact. There&#8217;s so much technology in the world. There&#8217;s so much we&#8217;re not interacting with people. People love, love, love that human interaction. And the way you&#8217;re going to get that human interaction is you&#8217;re going to get on the phone.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve actually had scenarios where I typed in and answered a free report or whatever you do online. Or I&#8217;ve actually had somebody reach out their hand to me and say hello and get my phone number; then I never hear from that person. Maybe they send me an e-mail. Someone in my position &#8211; I&#8217;ve got my network marketing business going; I&#8217;ve got my other business going. Things are happening. I get a million e-mails a day. So they send me an e-mail and they want me to follow up and get back to them. But if you call me on the phone, then I&#8217;m probably going to answer. That&#8217;s my business lifeline.</p>
<p>And it&#8217;s true with most people. You want to reach out and you want to actually put a voice to the face &#8211; a voice to the e-mail. Let the person know that you&#8217;re available that they can reach out to you. You want to develop that person interaction. The thing that&#8217;s missing, probably, in your network marketing business, if you&#8217;re not getting a lot of feedback and you&#8217;re not really building that rapport with people, is that personal relationship. You have to commit a hundred percent to reaching out to people on the phone and developing that relationship, and letting them know that you&#8217;re a real person.</p>
<p>I, personally, want to give you an experience that I had. I&#8217;m a fan, fan, fan of a gentleman named Ray Higdon and his wife, Jessica. We&#8217;ve actually met before in person. I drove over to a presentation he was doing. We are not in the same network marketing opportunity, but I wanted to meet Ray because of who he is online. And the other day I answered something of his. I wanted the report he&#8217;s putting out. I love what he puts out and he&#8217;s really instructive in my online business. And you know what? He actually had done a blog post where he said, &#8220;Jessica&#8221;, his wife, &#8220;is the person in our business who reaches out. And she actually calls all of our leads&#8221;.</p>
<p>And you hear people talk, talk, talk, talk. They say the words. But I filled out something of his online and that afternoon I get phone call. I don&#8217;t recognize the number, but I get tons of phone calls because I have stuff out for prospecting as well. And I answer the phone and on the other end of the voice she says, &#8220;Hi, is this Christopher?&#8221; And I said, &#8220;Yes, this is Christopher&#8221;, and she said, &#8220;Hi, this is Jessica Higdon&#8221;.  And I was like, they actually do that.</p>
<p>The guys, like Ray, that are really making it happen online, they know what&#8217;s going on and you&#8217;ve heard them say it, but you haven&#8217;t taken that step in your business yet. You have got to pick up the phone and you have got to get back with the people you handshake with. You&#8217;ve got to get back with those leads that are coming in.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll tell you a story. There&#8217;s another guy named David Wood. Now, I actually found David&#8217;s phone number and I called him on the phone. He lives in Costa Rica and you&#8217;re thinking, &#8216;this guy makes a ton of money. He&#8217;s running the Empower Network. He&#8217;s doing all this stuff. Is he going to call me back?&#8217; David called me at 2AM one morning. Woke me up; I&#8217;m asleep. I had his number programmed in on the phone and he physically called me. He spent fifteen minutes on the phone with me because I was a lead.</p>
<p>Now, I was important to David Wood, who&#8217;s making all this money. I was a lead in his business and he physically got on the phone and talked to me. If these guys, who you know are doing so amazingly online, are actually reaching out on the phone and getting back to their leads, and you, who are building your businesses and trying to make it online, and you&#8217;re handshaking, and you&#8217;re getting leads, but you&#8217;re trying to do it all over e-mail and all over osmosis &#8211; you&#8217;re trying to read mines and kind of send out good vibes &#8211; but you&#8217;re not getting on the phone, don&#8217;t you think there&#8217;s a little breakdown there?</p>
<p>Right? If Ray and Jessica Higdon can get on the phone and call their leads back, and David Wood can get on the phone and call his leads back, what makes you think that you&#8217;re going to be able to build your business if it&#8217;s online, or offline, or a combination of the two without actually picking up the phone and developing those personal relationships?</p>
<p>So, I don&#8217;t know exactly what&#8217;s happening in your mind. But what I do know is that if you&#8217;re not getting on the phone and calling back the people you connect with, you are leaving a huge, huge chasm between the jump from making a connection to getting that person in your business. You have to get on the phone, you have to call those people back, and you have to develop that personal relationship.</p>
<p>Now, maybe you&#8217;re not good on the phone. I have a buddy of mine who is awesome at the handshake. He rocks. He meets tons of people, but there&#8217;s a falloff of him getting back on the phone. And he&#8217;s wondering, &#8216;Why am I not getting these conversions? Why am I not getting people into my business?&#8217; You know, you may have to do some personal work. You may have to actually do a little work on yourself to get on the phone and actually have those conversations.</p>
<p>So, here&#8217;s my challenge. Action creates opportunity. Here&#8217;s my challenge. Somewhere in your life, today, there&#8217;s a list of people. Maybe it&#8217;s two people; maybe it&#8217;s two hundred people. But somewhere in your life, today, there&#8217;s a list of people that you&#8217;ve connected with. You&#8217;ve done it in a handshake. They sent you an e-mail. Something happened in your life to get a connection with this person. And you haven&#8217;t called them back. I&#8217;m going to give you a really quick way to get in touch with them &#8211; and you can connect it to another blog post that I did &#8211; and I want you to commit one hundred percent to reaching out to twenty people that you&#8217;ve connected with in your life today. Twenty &#8211; not five, not ten &#8211; people.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s what I want you to do. I want you to text message them and say, &#8216;Hey, I was thinking about you. I wanted to get together and chat for just a couple of minutes. Where is a good time to call you today?&#8217; Put your own spin on that, but text message those twenty people. Do it right now. Get that list; text message those twenty people. And what&#8217;s going to happen is those people are going to feedback to you. They&#8217;re going to feedback and they&#8217;re going to go, &#8216;Hey, this is a good time&#8217;. And I want you to get on the phone with those people and, if it&#8217;s appropriate, I want you to talk about your business. If it&#8217;s not appropriate, I want you to just be friendly. I want you to just develop the rapport with those people. Just let them know that you have a heartbeat too. That you&#8217;re a real person, that you&#8217;re talking person-to-person and just let them know that they&#8217;re important in your life.</p>
<p>The phone is an essential, essential piece of connection with other people in the world. And if you&#8217;re not using it in your network marketing business, you&#8217;re not going to be able to create and maximize the opportunity.</p>

<p>Hey guys. It&#8217;s Christopher Hussey. Thanks for tuning in. This is part one of a series that we are doing called &#8220;Three Essential Marketing Tools for Your Network Marketing Business. Today, we are going to talk about the first one, and I am calling it the handshake.</p>
<p>So, I&#8217;m going to talk about two sides of this real quick. The handshake is very simple. The handshake portion &#8211; what I mean &#8211; is that you have got to reach out and meet other people. There is simply no opportunity that you know the amount of people in your life in order to explode your networking marketing business.</p>
<p>Now, I was just coaching with a friend of mine, and there is one little statistic that you hear a lot. And if you own this statistic, then you really understand what it is going to take for you to build out and really have profitability; and really have an impactful network marketing business. The statistic is this.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s going to take twenty to thirty people for you to find that power person in your network marketing group. Now, the other twenty to thirty people that don&#8217;t really it kill it, that don&#8217;t really jump out there, they&#8217;re going to be your customers. They are going to buy product from you and you are going to make some money. Maybe one of those people is going to lead you to that power person. Maybe you&#8217;ve heard the term &#8220;a dud can lead you to a stud&#8221;, so you have got to be willing to simply reach out your hand in some way -<br />
physically or in an electronic Internet sort of way &#8211; and meet new people.</p>
<p>I just came from lunch with my wife. And as I&#8217;m checking out, there was a woman there. My primary business opportunity is all over the world and we have a really vibrant Chinese team right now. I have a great leader in that area. And there was a Chinese woman standing there and we got into a conversation. And this, literally, sixty to a hundred and twenty seconds later, after we were just bantering back and forth; I looked at her and asked her if she was Chinese and she replied, &#8216;yes&#8217;. I asked her what part of China she was from and she told me. And I said, &#8216;I know this is kind of forward, however, there is an opportunity were not going to see each other again. I have a business opportunity &#8211; I have a great Chinese division &#8211; and I am looking for someone who would like to make a little bit of extra income without really affecting what they are currently doing for a living. Do you know anybody that could use a little extra money?&#8217; And she<br />
thought abut it for a second &#8211; she kind of cocked her head to the side &#8211; and she said, &#8216;you know, I do have a friend who is looking to make some extra money. Is it in China?&#8217; And I said, &#8216;yeah, we have a business in Shanghai as well as other provinces. It is really all over the country&#8217;. She said, &#8216;let me get your number&#8217;. So I pulled out and gave her my card and said, &#8216;why don&#8217;t I get your number so I can follow up with you&#8217;; and she pulled out her card, wrote her cell phone number on it and gave it to me.</p>
<p>Now, that was just me reaching out my hand and going, &#8216;hey, what&#8217;s the opportunity that this could be a fit?&#8217; What if she had said no? Well, if she had said no, you know what? I got a little bit of practice; making my confidence better. I, personally, am not attached to the outcome of my handshake. I don&#8217;t really care what people say after I reach out my hand. I care that every single day I reach out my hand a number of times. And that makes me more confident and that makes me more readily available to help the people in my team be more confident.</p>
<p>People in your team won&#8217;t do what you don&#8217;t do. You can&#8217;t teach them to do things that you don&#8217;t really have an ownership of. So the more you reach out your hand and you extend your opportunity &#8211; notice how I said that &#8211; to people that you don&#8217;t know, the more you are able to help other people on your team do the same thing.</p>
<p>So that&#8217;s physically. You also have to take ownership that &#8211; we&#8217;re going to talk about this later in the series &#8211; the Internet is a big thing. And for those of you that are unfamiliar with attraction marketing, that needs to come something that you really absolutely own and are really learning more about. So, you have to be able to put value into the marketplace and reach out your hand in an Internet sort of way. You have to put value into the marketplace. Have people want to be around and interact with you so that you have the opportunity to actually go, &#8216;hey, would you like to become involved in my primary opportunity?&#8217;</p>
<p>So here&#8217;s the challenge for today. Here&#8217;s what I want you to do. Wherever you are in your life &#8211; whether you&#8217;re working, or your playing, or whatever it is &#8211; the first thing I want you to do is this. I want you to own that you are the driver of your network marketing opportunity. Not your up-line, not your down-line, not your sideline, not the people that would love to see you succeed, but you. You are the driving force in your personal network marketing opportunity. So first you have to own that. Whatever thoughts you have to do in your head, the beginning of your business is you.</p>
<p>Today, as you&#8217;re going out, I want you to do this. I want you to get five people to tell you that they are not interested in being in business with you. I want you to get five people. I don&#8217;t care who they are. It&#8217;s more about the action of you reaching out your hand and saying, &#8216;hi. My name is Christopher. I have an opportunity. I&#8217;m looking for a person just like you and it gives the person the opportunity to make some money without impacting what they currently do. Do you know anybody who&#8217;s looking to make some extra bucks?&#8217; So, if you do that, something&#8217;s going to happen on the other end. The person is either going to be totally not interested and go, &#8216;no, get out of my face&#8217; &#8211; great you got one &#8211; or they&#8217;re going to say, &#8216;well, what&#8217;s the opportunity?&#8217; What I want you to do at that point is say this. Say, &#8216;you know what? I actually have another appointment, but if you&#8217;re interested or you know someone, I would really like to talk to you as soon as I&#8217;m done with this appointment. Can I get your name and phone number, and I&#8217;ll call you in a couple hours?&#8217;</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s the reason why I want you to take that step. You either have to do one of two things. You either have to get the information and exit the conversation and follow up, or you have got to be prepared to develop that relationship and do a full presentation and ask for the order right then. The mistake that a lot of people make is very simple. They talk about it, they talk around it, they him and ha about it, and people don&#8217;t get all the information and they end up making a decision that isn&#8217;t an informed decision. So, the best piece of advice that I can give to you is, get the contact information &#8211; just practice getting the information &#8211; and exit the scenario. Follow up later. Create an appointment. Create a time when you can do a full presentation.</p>
<p>I want you to do that five times today. I want you to get five &#8216;I&#8217;m not interested&#8217;s&#8217;. The probability is that if you go through this process and you are dead set on finding five people who are absolutely positively not interested in doing business with you, one of those people along the way is going to say that they&#8217;re interested. And wouldn&#8217;t it be great if today someone said, &#8216;you know what? I&#8217;m really interested in talking to you about making some extra money&#8217;.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s what I mean by the handshake. You are absolutely the driving force in your business. You must get to a place where you can reach out your hand, and meet people, and simply ask them, &#8216;are you open to hearing about what I have to say?&#8217; Don&#8217;t be tied to the yes. Be tied to the no. Reach out and say, &#8216;hi, my name is Christopher. I have an opportunity. Do you know anybody who&#8217;d be interested in making some extra money while not at all affected what they&#8217;re currently doing? Yes or no?&#8217; They&#8217;re going to say yes or they&#8217;re going to say no. We don&#8217;t care. We&#8217;re just interested in reaching out the hand and getting into that habit.</p>
